Healing isn’t linear and my own journey has been full of challenges, but it’s also led me to where I am today. Living with chronic illness taught me the importance of nourishing not just the body, but also the mind.
Through my struggles, I discovered how powerful small, consistent changes can be for improving energy, mood, and overall wellbeing. That experience inspired me to train as a Nutritional Therapist so I could help others find the same sense of balance and resilience.

I trained at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) in London and I’m a registered member of both the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
